Irish Gymnastics will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 11th July 2010 at 2pm in Sport HQ, 13 Joyce Way, Parkwest, Dublin 12.

The purpose of the EGM is to present proposals for new changes to the Memorandum & Articles of Association to the membership.

These changes are a combination of general updates proposed by our legal partners, Lemans Solicitors, that better reflect the structure of our organisation today that will bring us in line with current company law and proposals put forward by the Board of Control for a governance restructure that would see the current 8 administrative regions of Irish Gymnastics restructured into 4 Provinces, a structure the Board believes is a better fit for the organisation.
