| Internal staff restructure at IG |

We are happy to announce that, in line with the Strategic Plan 2009-2012, Aimi Baker has moved to the post of IG Participation Officer.
With the Springboard programme in the final stages of preparation for roll-out to other sports, Local Sports Partnerships etc... Aimi's role now expands to develop participation initiatives for our clubs and members. While Aimi will continue to manage the roll-out and coordination of springboard programme, she now sets out to develop the following in partnership with the rest of the IG staff...
- Club based participation initiatives (such as award schemes etc...)
- IG Schools programme including a teacher training resource, school development programme & competitive system.
- Club start-up kit
We look forward to updating members on Springboard in addition to the development of the new programmes in Aimi's work programme in the coming months...
