The largest gymnastics event to visit Ireland is also set to attract the greatest amount of media attention the sport of gymnastics has seen in this country. RTE are sending two camera crews to the event on Saturday 6th October to cover the Team & All-around competition - this will form the main feature on RTE's premier magazine sports show OB Sport on Monday 29th October - presenter Shane O'Donoghue will be in the competition arena interviewing competitors, officials and VIPs throughout the day. In addition to RTE's coverage of the competition - Setanta's Sports Monthly programme will be taking a different approach to covering the event - focusing on the preparation and performance of individuals from our Irish Men's & Women's teams as they compete in front of a home crowd.
