| IRISH GYMNASTIC SECURES A FURTHER €50,000 FROM WIS INITIATIVE |

Irish Gymnastics is delighted to announce that we have secured a further €50,000 towards the Women's Coaching Development Programme from the Irish Sports Council's Women in Sport Initiative. The additional funding will ensure the continuation of the WCDO programme into 2008 and will enable the development of the WAG & RHY coaching syllabi towards level 3. IG would like to extend our thanks to Marie Ahern and the rest of the team from the WIS programme at the ISC.
