There are many different ways to get involved in gymnastics in Ireland.
Some people choose to become gymnasts, whilst others decide they would like to coach or become a judge. No matter what entry route in to the sport you decide on or your level of experience, it is easy to get involved.
What discipline should I choose?
There are many different disciplines of gymnastics that are suited to different people. Some people are drawn towards trampoline whilst others enjoy acrobatics. Gymnast, coach or judge?
There are different pathways to becoming involved in gymnastics. Some people move from being a gymnast in to a coach role and then in to a judge role. Some parents become interested in judging to gain a better knowledge of the scoring system. Whichever pathway you choose, there are lots of opportunities to get involved in gymnastics in Ireland.
